Meal Type:   (Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner)

Location: - Town or Village   and
               - Place name (church, school, fire house, etc.)    and
               -
Street Address

Description:  30 words or less. Include
                      - Details of meal, i.e."all you can eat", "buffet", "pancake breakfast", "chicken BBQ", "harvest dinner" etc.
                      - Sponsoring organization name

Why is information required in pecisely this format?
The schedule will be presented in a table format that will make it easy to search. Initially the table will be static, but eventually it may be organized in a database that can be automitically searched based on date, location (town or village) or type of meal.
